After years of deliberation and deferred action, Pratt Pest Management will begin integrating new technologies to embrace the modern age, advance our position to meet future needs and goals, and provide greater convenience and enhanced reporting to our customers. We are currently testing the use of electronic tablets by our pest management professionals for recording service event data, essentially eliminating paper service reports and invoices. This change will eliminate hours of daily data entry tasks, provide real time production tracking, and improve our efforts in being environmentally cautious. It is our goal to have this new system fully implemented this summer.
This will affect our customers in that we will no longer be leaving behind a copy of your work order and invoice at your door step. Instead we will be leaving behind a door hanger informing you that your home has been serviced. A detailed service report and invoice will automatically be sent to your e-mail address that we have on file. If we do not have your e-mail we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing one to us. As with all of your personal data, we will remain trustworthy. Our customer’s information is private, used exclusively for administering business between Pratt Pest Management and individual clients.
In addition, we are happy to announce that beginning May 12, 2014; our customers will be able to conveniently pay for services through the PRATTPEST.COM website using a secure electronic bill paying system. We have contracted with a leading virtual merchant provider used by a variety of government agencies and major corporations. You will now be able to submit your payment quickly using a credit card, debit card, or electronic check.
We realize that changing business practices can sometimes take a little getting used to; however we feel the change will be progressive allowing us to continue to provide a high quality service at an affordable price.
